Students who require special accommodations should meet with the Dean of Students to complete a special accommodation request form and submit supporting documentation. All supporting documentation must be within the past three (3) years. Responses to requests may take from 10 days up to 10 weeks once all sufficient documents are submitted. Accommodation approvals are not retroactive, and begin the date of the approval.

For Students Applying to DeVry
