There is a change to the DeVry New York school code effective for the year 2004-2005 award year. Please use:

How do I apply?
If you are a continuing student:

You can fill out the renewal FAFSA for 2004-2005 on the web (www.fafsa.ed.gov) using your PIN, which should have been mailed to you from the Department of Education. |

If you do not have your PIN, you can still apply on the web by choosing FAFSA 2004-2005. |

You can also apply with a paper 2004-2005 FAFSA application. |
If you are a new student:
|
Same as above but use new application for 2004-2005 (not renewal). |

What Do I Need?
|

You will need your latest Federal Income Tax Return (i.e. 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ). |
|
You will also need parents' or spouse's latest Federal Income Tax Return if applicable. |
|
Records of untaxed benefits received (i.e. Public Assistance, Social Security Benefits, etc.). |

Records of other savings and investments. |
